Accessibility Statement

How Veda AI approaches website accessibility and ongoing improvement.

Last reviewed: June 2026

Veda AI wants its website to be clear, usable and accessible for as many people as possible.

We aim to make the site easy to read, easy to navigate and usable across common devices, browsers and screen sizes. As the website develops, we will continue improving areas such as readability, colour contrast, keyboard navigation, form usability, alternative text and responsive layouts.

We do not currently claim that the website has been fully independently audited or certified for accessibility. Our approach is to review and improve accessibility over time, especially when new pages, tools, forms or interactive features are added.

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA as a guiding reference for these improvements, although the website has not been formally audited or certified against them.

Some parts of the site may rely on third-party tools or embeds, such as booking tools, widgets or external services. Where this happens, accessibility may partly depend on those providers, but we will aim to choose responsible tools and improve the experience where we can.

We are continuing to review the site as it develops. Known areas that may depend partly on third-party tools include booking flows, embedded widgets and external services. If you need help accessing any content, or would prefer information in another reasonable format, contact us and we will do what we reasonably can to help.

If you find any part of the Veda AI website difficult to use, read or navigate, please contact us at hello@vedaai.co.uk. It helps if you include the page URL, a short description of the issue and the device, browser or assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond to accessibility queries within five working days.
